타가조우트 아파트식 호텔

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. “Mussten 2 Zimmer wechseln weil sie vor dem Check in nicht sauber gemacht haben Und dennoch war’s nie wirklich clean”

“Property has specious rooms but very old. Cleanliness is okay. Bathroom has mold. Broken toilet flasher. Very old towel provided that has a hole.”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

They went far beyond what one would expect, offering both practical and emotional support. They created a calm and caring environment, and we felt genuinely seen and looked after. Aloha is not just a...
