"The room was big with a seating area and it had a terrace. The beds was very comfortable. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast too (the take-away breakfast did not have the same standard) . The hotel had a swimming pool. There was only WiFi the reception. There was no heating possibilities in the room, and the room was cold (June). Tip: Visit Vakona and experience the lemurs come close. "

"So this wasn't my first option as a place to stay but I am glad I ended up here. The staff is very helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice. The Diademed Sifaka is real cutie. On this sighting near Andasibe they were somewhat shy and staying almost out of reach in the rainforest canopy. A little fill flash along with a Magmod did the trick.

"There is something very special about this place and the people working there. Our room was large, modern, surrounded by amazingly well-maintained flower gardens and grounds. Mark and the staff are incredibly accommodating and luckily for us spoke English. Fine food, outdoor dining, great tunes, terrific vistas, and incredible night walk to see birds and lemurs and chameleons and frogs and lizards, and the place is fantastic. Don’t by out off by the 5km of dirt road to get there, it’s totally worth it!"
