This hotel is very well located alongside the Rhein river and very close to my workplace. Parking is problematic in the surrounding because not easy to find free places close the hotel. My room was very small and without chair, thus not possible to work in the room. Wifi signal is veryweak.

Very nice and very clean hotel

This was a nice hotel. VERY CLEAN! The room was spacious and CLEAN! We had a nice view to the river. Service was wonderful and breakfast amazing. We had a wonderful stay. One small thing that would upgrade the experience is better pillows (or more than one pillow) and maybe one extra armchair in the room. Also, we did not find any tea and coffee making options in the room – only a minibar – some free coffee and tea option would have made our day (especially since it was a cold winter day). BUT overall - This was a great hotel!

Mir hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen – aus dem Zimmer hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berg und den Fluss. Außerdem war man zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Idéal pour visiter Andernach et sa région

Bel emplacement le long du Rhin. Chambre pratique, propre. Petit déjeuner au calme avec la vue sur le Rhin. Pas de climatisation.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren schon zweimal innerhalb kurzer Zeit in dem Hotel , da es uns so gut gefallen hat! Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich und man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben! Das Frühstück konnten wir einmal auf der Terrasse genießen mit Rheinblick und einmal wetterbedingt im Frühstücksraum und es ließ nichts an Wünschen offen ! Auch die Zimmer mit Rheinblick und kleinem Balkon sind einzigartig! Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder !

Ich hatte ein schönes renoviertes Einzel Zi mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Matratze war hochwertig, ich habe sehr gut schlafen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check Inn und Out.

Bei der Ankunft, einem Sonntag, war kein Personal vorhanden, was vorher bekannt gegeben worden ist. Leider funktionierte der Schlüsselchip nicht für die Aussentür. Es gab aber einen Not-Ansprechpartner, der nach ca. 10 min da war und uns helfen konnte. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt, Zimmer und Frühstück sehr schön, vor llen der Ausblick auf den Rhein.

Einfach sehr empfehlenswert

Super Hotel, nettes Personal, sauber und Zimmer mit erstklassigem Ausblick.Dazu ein extrem günstiges Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, echte Bäckerbrötchen , Bacon , Müsli usw. usw. War bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt dort.

Parkplatz zuwenig vorhanden. Wenn nicht frühzeitig da,dann kann man in das Parkhaus 2 Minute entfernt für 0.80 € /1 Std/ viel zu teuer. Hotel sollte sich da mehr einfallen lassen, um den Gast zu entlasten. Frühstück nicht besonders.Sehr schmal und nicht nachhaltig. Könnte verbessert werden. Freundlichkeit sehr sehr sehr gut. Zimmer sehr schöner Ausblick mit tollen Garten und Rheinblick. Reinigungsservice müsste umdenken. Wenn Abreise ist ,nach 11 Uhr oder Schlüsselabgabe,gereinigt wird. Nicht 2 Stunden vorher mehrfach klopft. Ist sehr störend 🙄
