"I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel."

"Buena ubicación muy conveniente cerca a todo en la 70. No es un resort grande pero vale la pena por el precio tiene las necesidades básicas. Mucho ruido toda la noche porque es en el centro de la 70 pero entendido. La única cosa que no me gustó es que no había acceso al otro lado de la terraza con la vista de la ciudad. Aparte de eso fue una buena estadía yo volvería de nuevo para un viaje corto a Medellín. "

"El hotel muy limpio, la recámara igual muy limpia confiable organizada, el personal amable aunque siempre hay alguien que supera los límites un joven ya un poco más maduro de ojos claros nos ayudo a instalarnos con el equipaje y el siguiente día nadie llego hacer el aseo del cuarto y pregunté en recepción el inmediatamente llego al cuarto a llevarnos, toallas, saco la basura y se portó muy amable y servicial con nosotros trabaja el turno de la tarde luego también cuando yo hice la reserva fue a una habitación con vista a la ciudad y me dieron una con balcón si pero no tenia ninguna vista solo unas paredes pregunte para cambiar habit"
