"I was a bit disappointed with my last stay, but this time was absolutely marvelous! My stay was wonderful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I was also offered a 20% discount at the restaurant, which was a nice touch. I especially want to recognize Paula at the front desk, who helped me with my reservation. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. She truly went above and beyond—give this woman a raise! She was incredible! I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast myself, but my husband did, and he said it was great. Overall, this stay was a completely different experience from my last one, and I’m so glad I gave the hotel another chance. I would definitely stay here again!"

"¡Nuestra primera vez visitando Medellín y no podríamos haber elegido un mejor lugar para hospedarnos! ❤️ Nos hospedamos en Hashtag 98 durante 5 noches y desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Valeria, de la recepción, fue maravillosa. Nos recibía con una sonrisa todos los días, sin importar la hora a la que entráramos al hotel. Siempre fue muy amable, servicial y estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. También queremos destacar a Hernán, el encargado de la puerta y seguridad del turno de la noche. Siempre fue un placer verlo cada noche cuando regresábamos después de pasar el día explorando la ciudad. Siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y una actitud muy amable, lo que nos hacía sentir muy bienvenidos cada vez que regresábamos al hotel. El hotel está ubicado en un lugar ideal, a poca distancia caminando de muchísimas tiendas, restaurantes y de todo lo que queríamos conocer. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. Realmente nos encantó nuestra experiencia en Hashtag 98 y ya estamos pensando en regresar a Medellín… ¡y por supuesto volver a hospedarnos aquí! ¡Lo recomendamos muchísimo! 🇨🇴❤️ Carlos & Ginger"

"Very convenient if you have to stay near the Santiago Airport. Everything is of a high standard as you would expect for the price.very comfortable rooms, coffees maker, iron etc, There is a small supermarket just across the road in the domestic terminal if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. I especially like the pool and and the sauna though the opening times are absurdly restricted. There are some nice outdoor areas to sit in by the pol and by the restaurant."
