"Everything was great. Housekeeping was amazing. Always changed towels and cleaned it very nice each day. Staff was accommodating. Pool staff was also very great. Only downside I have was that rooms were tight, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was amazing. Those views are to die for."

"The hotel front desk staff were very unfriendly; they were unsmiling, impatient, and didn't answer questions. One young woman in particular, whose name I didn't know, was clearly unfit for her job. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a shuttle bus to the airport every hour."

"The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. However, it is overpriced. They charged us 100 USD to check in at 11 instead of 2 even though we were checking out the next day at 5:30 am. Consistently throughout South America we were able to get an earlier check in time for free. "

"Modern property with good facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere at the rooftop bar and restaurant with music some evenings. A little out from the city centre but subway station very near to take you quickly into the centre. Only issue was the tiles in the bathroom appeared stained. It was probably just the type of tiles rather than being dirty, but it was a little disconcerting. "
