"5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Novotel Medellín! From the moment I arrived at Novotel Medellín, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design and the warm hospitality from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet: a fresh, delicious spread of local fruits, pastries, eggs, and Colombian coffee that’s hard to beat. The on-site restaurant also serves great meals throughout the day, with excellent service and a relaxing ambiance. The location is perfect—close to El Poblado and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center, both of which offered amazing views of the city and mountains. Whether you're visiting Medellín for business or leisure, Novotel hits the sweet spot between comfort, style, and value. I will definitely be returning—and recommending it to friends and family."

"El personal muy atentos y coordiales. El hotel está en una buena ubicación a pasos del restaurantes, spa, poblado, parque lleras, provenza y mas. El rooftop Insolente es hermoso cuenta con un menú de comida y cocktaeles espectacular."

"You can’t walk here any longer, you have to take a bus which takes anout 15 minutes to essentially make a circle around the airport. Had massive flight delays, checked in at 5:30am and they gave us late 2pm check out. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are simple but clean. Staff was friendly. Don’t forget to put your do not disturb sign on your or or they will knock constantly to offer water, etc. "

"My flight landed at 6:30am. Hotel check-in is 3pm.The front desk staff was very friendly, patient and professional. They allowed me to check-in at 10:30am, and they had a very nice breakfast buffet as I waited. "

"Well i have to says that at the beginning they given us a room not as the one we booked but after talks with stafff we were moved withour any problem. Staff at rest was excellent so as food as well as staff at breakfast they were excellent. If any thing i would say will be the insulation on bedrooms you heard everything if you are next to diaregarded guests but is something it can be tolerate. Overrall we spent a nice week.
