This hotel is extremely awesome! Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas! I had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to go back and visit again! I recommend this charming hotel to everyone who travels to Andradas which is a fabulous city to visit in Brazil!

O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram era debaixo da cozinha do restaurante e era impossível dormir com o barulho que ia até depois de 23h e começava bem antes das 6am. Fora o barulho da rua que entrava todo no quarto (ou seja, não tem vedação acústica). Reclamamos e nos colocaram em outro menor, mas silencioso. Mas o ralo do chuveiro não dava conta e a água transbordava um pouco no banheiro. Café razoável. Boa localização e limpeza.

Optei por esse hotel pelas boas boas avaliações, mas chegando lá vi que as aparencias enganam, pois escutei ronco de pessoas dormindo, barulhos de tv e gente conversando tanto durante o dia quanto a noite e na madrugada devido as paredes que dividem os quartos serem de drywall sem o mínimo isolamento acústico, o banheiro a parte onde fica o chuveiro é muito apertado, o colchão quando se deita parece ter buracos, o café da manhã é indicado entre as 6 horas até às 10 horas mas quando eu fui tomar café não foi reposto o pão de queijo, frios e ovos, a melancia estava com gosto de estragada, precisei esquentar água para fazer cupnoodles e não tem cozinhar foi me indicado a utilizar a cozinha dos funcionários um absurdo isso pois todos os hotéis onde já me hospedei haviam um espaço próximo a recepção com microondas, chaleira elétrica para que os hospedes possam utilizar e para finalizar a garagem o portão do estacionamento é muito baixo quem tem carro alto fica difícil para entrar, não indico esse hotel que poderia se chamar Drywaal Inn.

Ficamos no quarto andar, houve um problema com ar condicionado que não foi resolvido e tivemos que trocar de quarto, onde percebemos que no quarto atual a tv havia mais opções de canal.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Chão com muitos cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. Toalhas de banho com cheiro desagradável. Apenas um lençol de tamanho solteiro sobre a cama de casal.... e o edredon disponível no armário estava sujo... nem tive coragem de usar.. Quanto ao atendimento da equipe de recepção, não foi dos mais bem humorados. O café da manhã estava ok, sem grande charme.
