The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!

there was 5 star hotel for me. everything was best for stay ; facilities, kindness of employees and best location for main sites access

요즘 같이 더운 유럽 여행에서 완벽한 호텔입니다. 냉장고 에어컨 커피머신... 다음에 또 빈에 간다면 이 호텔로 할겁니다. 다음에 또 갈 때까지 좋은 관리 부탁드립니다. 조금 개선되어야 할 부분은 침대매트리스 받침대에서 찌그득 소리가 납니다 ㅎㅎ 잘때는 나지 않고 올라갈 때 내려갈때...
