“They really didn't have breakfast they had some muffins and bagels which you could only get until 9:00 a.m. that seems kind of ridiculous. The room was clean and neat the pool was very enjoyable staff was very helpful”

“We had a large suite. The living room area only had one table lamp: only one person had a chance to read while sitting on the sofa. The room was reserved for 4 people , we had to ask for a 4th towel. “First let me start with the initial check in at the front desk He. was not friendly at all not to mention when I HANDED him my cards and ids I had my hand out and he placed them on the counter and looked down at them for me to pick them up . The next day the afternoon front desk person was not friendly my husband and I spoke and she very much ignored us. The following day Monday morning my husband and I was startled out of our sleep around 8:30 a.m by hammering constant hammering my husband...

“Everything and everyone was super nice except the pillows are too soft and go flat. Also, one elevator wasn’t working and patrons that stay there often told us that it’s been broken for quite some time. The staff at the front desk and at the bar and breakfast area were fabulous!”

“The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.”

“This hotel is greatly managed. Quite and comfortable. Staffs were all nice and ready to help. Breakfast was great and restaurant staffs were all nice. The only complaint is that there is no complimentary water at the room. All others are great. I will come back to this hotel for the next trip to Cary. ”
