The hotel is beautifully decorated, every space is exquisite, the location is a perfect startong point to visit Angra, and the personnel (everyone and each of them) makes you feel cared, appreciated and taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Impressive attention to detail. Rooms are small yet comfortable. They are well laid out and have all the amenities. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior design throughout. Excellent breakfast buffet plus cooked to order options. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Pool area (indoor and out) is small, quiet and intimate. There is only room for a few chaise lounges so they may not always be available. The hotel is designed so you never have to venture out, but you don't want to miss walking the streets of beautiful Angro do Heroismo.

What an hidden gem in the heart of town and Ana amazing service including the restaurant , bar and the spa we enjoyed our first trip to terciera and highly recommend for couples . It should not be missed and everything is boutique and understated luxury

The hotel was clean and located in an excellent spot. The staff made an effort to assist with everything, including parking. The rooms are not large. The breakfast was excellent in a nice atmosphere. In short, a recommended place.

I have travelled a lot and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! The staff was phenomenal and beyond helpful. We had trouble getting a taxi to the airport at a very busy time and the staff worked tirelessly until one was found. The property is lovely, the breakfast was superb and the room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

It is located right near the center of the city, which means it is walking distance to many stores, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is excellently designed to exude a sense of calm and relaxation at all times. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged with a great sense of colour, texture and a unique experience overall. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They are great to even have a quick chat with. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool, with the dry and steam saunas. Very nice touch that I have not seen at other hotels. The food is excellent, very fresh and the chef(s) really are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, very well kept and every aspect of it just delightful. The breakfast was gorgeous, we look forward to it every morning. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The rooms and the hotel were clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the little touches in the lobby with the local biscuits and the refreshments. Overall, a really beautiful stay in a lovely town on a magical island.

O Torel Terra Brava é um hotel muito bem instalado, confortável e dentro das minhas expectativas. Tivemos apenas um problema: o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionou durante a noite, o que prejudicou um pouco a experiência. Fora isso, o hotel é muito bom. O grande destaque foi o restaurante do hotel, o Tres Bistrô, onde jantamos. Foi uma excelente surpresa: comida muito bem preparada, ambiente agradável e serviço de ótima qualidade. Realmente surpreendente e excelente.

Das Hotel liegt super direkt in der Stadt. Wer ein Mietauto hat muss auf dem Parkplatz ein wenig ausserhalb Parkieren. Wir hatten eigentlich das Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht gehabt. Das war dann leider nicht möglich und wurde uns kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Nicht desto trotz, das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind top.
