Otopark hizmeti var diye rezervasyon yaptırdım. Ama giriş yaptığımda otoparkımız kapalı dendi. Motosikletimi otelin girişinde tuttular. Odadaki mobilyalar eski ve kirliydi. Banyo ve tuvalet leş gibiydi. Klimayı çalıştırdığında traktör motorundan çıkan sese benzer bir gürültü yapıyordu. Yatağın kenarındaki ışıklar ve prizler çalışmıyordu. Her şey eski püskü ve kirliydi. Kahvaltı eskiden açık büfeyken şimdi bir tabağa sıkıştırılmış küçük porsiyondu. Çalışanlardan resepsiyona bakan genç arkadaşlar ve restoranda görevli arkadaşlar oldukça kibarlardı. Ama ne iş yaptığını bilmediğim biri kriz yönetmekten uzak, inisiyatif almayı bilmeyen, kolaylaştırıcı olmak yerine iletişimi zora sokan bir kişi vardı. Oda kapısını kilitlemek için kapıyı yukarıya kaldırman gerekiyordu. Genel anlamıyla toparlayacak olursam daha önce de konakladığım ve kısmen memnun kaldığım bu oteldeki son deneyimim oldukça tuhaf ve rahatsız ediciydi.

The hotel is very near Kizilay in the centre of Ankara, just 5 minutes walk from the airport transfer bus stop. Value for money and the staff were very helpful. I would have liked the option of having more than one cotton blanket on the bed otherwise adequate.

Unpleasant Short Change Experience

We booked a room for 2-nights, 3 adults, fully paid online as it was a booking condition, 3-weeks prior to our arrival. I habitually screenshots every steps & photos of the room during hotel booking process. This booking with Etap Mola Hotel through “Hotels.com” suppose to come with 1 single bed, 1 double bed & a sitting area with a coffee table as shown in the photos while I made the booking. However, we were given a room with a double bed as the receptionist later claimed that only 2-persons were present when we checked in. We reasoned to her that as we booked and paid for 3 persons, the hotel should assigned room as advertised or committed, they can’t just short change us in room size & space due to one of our family member was unable to be present at the time of checking-in. Told her it was the same everywhere else that I booked before as a frequent single traveller, booking double room for the extra space & comfort only for myself! After the reasoning, the next day, we moved to a 3-bedders room, with no double bed nor a sitting area with coffee table as advertised. Really upset with this hotel that they are not keeping what had been promised in their advertisement via “Hotels.com”.

Otima localização. Kizilay foi o bairro perfeito para estar. Apesar de Ancara ser espalhada e os pontos turisticos estarem um em cada canto da cidade, ha metrô próximo do hotel, shopping, comércio , vida.

Calisanlar guler yuzlu ve kibardi fakat odada hosuma gitmeyen bir iki aksaklik oldu. Yatak basi isiklari yanmadi. Banyoda dus tesisati dokuluyordu. Odada bir su isitici bile yoktu. Kahvalti ciddi manada vasattı. Minibar calismiyordu. Bu sefer uzdunuz, etap mola. 3 yildiz ne bekliyordun diyebilirsiniz ama kendini gelistirme gayreti goremedim ben burada. Kendi halinde bir otel. Calisanlarin nezaketinden kurtariyor.

one very nice hotel . Now absolute rubbish

Room condition was very bad . Nearly everything was Brocken down . Car Park Service was good . But apart of this all facility was absolute rubbish We had to sleep whole night in the cold room as their central air condition and heating was not working properly .

Etap Mola is well-located and the person working reception at night when we checked-in was delightful. It's advertised as having wifi but that's not entirely true. Connectivity is limited to the lobby and cafe area only - certainly not the 9th floor where we were located. Though traveling in winter, we found our room temperature so uncomfortably hot we were compelled to leave a window open through the night. Breakfast is over by 10 am but routinely left on display til 11 or beyond. Arriving at 10:45 one morning, I naturally assumed it was okay to butter some bread but was swiftly told to put the bread back. Turkish people are normally very hospitable, so I was surprised that they actually made me return the bread rather than let it slide and accept why we might've misunderstood. Ankara is full of hotels and I think most people could do better than to stay here.
