Our expectations were exceeded! Traveling from so far away I was unsure of how we would get to the hotel without a car with our luggage. The hotel is so close to public transportation that it worked beautifully! And the staff was helpful in no less than 4 languages. We had an amazing experience.

Perfect for skiing and hiking

Lovely hotel right opposite the ski lifts! Family room was very comfy and the breakfast was fab. Really good option for dinner with a lovely modern alpine feel. Compliments to the whole team and the lovely family that managed the hotel. Highly recommend

This is a fabulous hotel for a family ski trip. Located opposite the lift and with a nice spa in the basement.

Poor quality hotel charging premium prices.

As soon as we arrived, the receptionist looked like she did not want to be there. We had booked a place in the Spa and she did not provided the towels and robes, etc before going up to the room so we had to get dressed again and come to ask for the towels. There was no help in directing us to our room. As soon as we got to the spa, there was an employee on the adjacent room staff room and she was angry that we (by mistake) entered the staff area. As soon as we go to the spa, the floor was quite dirty with and towels strung around on the floor. It looked like no staff had been there to tidy up for a long time. This is not exactly what I was expecting for the price we paid. I will most certainly will not return to this hotel that charges you premium price for a poor quality service.

Wir haben 2 gute Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Praktisch gegenüber der Bahnen, nahe dem wunderschönen, gut erhaltenen alten Teil des Dorfes und doch äusserst ruhig. Die Einstellhalle setzt eine gutes Fahrgeschick voraus😉 Wir hätten gerne direkt gebucht. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen
