“Staff was very courteous and especially the cook in the breakfast area. She made great scrambled eggs! Receptionists were professional & greeted all guests daily. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel on premises. Across the street was a Mercadona and the opposite direction was an Eroski if one needs groceries. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.”
