"The room was nice overlooking the lagoon. But it had a smell. A musty smell everytime we walked in. I am not sure what it was from. The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy! Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such. While we waited for our room, I watched other employees take guests around and show the things and explain the resort. So make sure you get someone more helpful."

"We loved our stay at the Crown Beach Hotel, and really couldn't recommend it highly enough. Super comfortable beds, a beautiful view (upgrade to a deluxe sea view room, it's definitely worth it!) and wonderful attentive staff. Ideal if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing few days away. On many occasions we had the beach to ourselves. Perfect!"

"It was more than perfect. Adeel, our Villa host made it extra special, always taking care of our needs, sometimes even proactively. Adeel, made us feel at home while the other staffs made us feel welcome during the entirety of our stay. Given a choice, we would like to revisit the place, keeping everything intact.
