“The rooms were clean, but beds were too hard. We would’ve appreciated small waters in the room daily. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. She didn’t even try to help us. I take medicine at night that requires water. I ended up drinking at the sink. I’m we also would lose poise in the room every morning.
