We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Eski Masal Hotel for making our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with kindness, warmth, and outstanding professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Dimitri and Olkan at the reception for their professionalism, friendliness, and constant availability. They were always ready to help, give recommendations, and ensure everything was perfect for us. We would also like to thank the wonderful ladies in charge of housekeeping and breakfast service. Their hard work, attention to detail, and kindness did not go unnoticed. The hotel was always spotless, and the service was exceptional every day. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kaleiçi, making it ideal for visiting the old town and enjoying the atmosphere of Antalya. The entire team truly takes great care of their guests and always pays attention to every detail. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and very varied every morning. We especially appreciated that whenever we had early excursions, the staff kindly prepared takeaway breakfasts for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming, authentic, and relaxing stay in Antalya. Thank you again to the whole Eski Masal team for this memorable experience — we will definitely come back!

清潔感のあるオシャレな部屋に親切なスタッフ。立地は旧市街を楽しむのにとても良い。設備はあちこち力不足な感じですが(ジャグジーのお湯がぬるめとか、冷蔵庫が冷えないとか)、総合的にはとてもいいホテルでした。

It was amazing! It was very cozy and comfortable, the staff was so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend if you are looking for something close to everything but still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent small hotel in the old town

The hotel is conveniently situated in the old town with restaurants and shops only a stone's throw away and only a few hundred meters from a tram stop that easily can take you around the city and also to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean with big and comfortable beds. There was also a waterboiler and a fridge in the room so it was nice to be able to sit down in the nice armchairs enjoying tea/coffee or a cold drink after a long day of walking. And be sure not to miss the excellent breakfasts that during the warmer days are served in the garden by the pool and the lemon tree. Overall the staff is very friendly and service-minded so one doesn't have to hesitate to ask any questions one might have. In summary, a hotel I highly recommend without any hesitation!

Excellent stay

Hotel with less than 10 rooms which means the service is fantastic. Everything was seamless, the room is very spacious and clean and the jetted tub is so good after a day of walking around. Location is in the heart of the old town (Kaleici).

Great location in lovely character hotel

Hakan the Manager was helpful and attentive during our stay. This is a lovely old hotel full of character, the room was lovely and our only negative would be it had only one small window so we had to have the lights on even in daylight. Internet was good, breakfast amazing and the location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the old town.

This is the third time we have stayed at Eski Masal .Always a pleasure to stay at this luxurious hotel .The owner and staff cannot do enough during your stay ...highly recommended .Hotel is centrally located ,close to bars restaurants and a short walk to the harbour and close to shopping centre

Where do I start!! The hotel was prot the worst hotel I’ve ever staid in! The breakfast was extremely poor with very little choice, there was one member of staff who tried the rest of them were absolutely useless. The room was very tired looking and the bathroom was horrible, no toilet seat lid, the shower was inside a jacuzzi bath that you had to climb up steps to get into. There was no hot way on our last two days.
