I was relocated to this hotel by the Expedia relocation team, as my previous booking was canceled at Dogan Hotel ( the room was not available). The hotel proposed me two variants: very noisy family room and completely not renovated room, more calm near pool. My choice for 1st night was this "calm" room. During the night I realized how strong is the smell of mold from bathroom, no TV working, no wardress. So, the night was nightmare. Second night I spend in the family room with also mold smell in bathroom and very kith decoration, without antimoskito protection at the windows and very noisy. Breakfast was very poor. It was necessary even ask the water. Disappointing stay at this hotel. In the same time hotel is salling the kilims (tapestries). The kitchen is situated in the same area with storage of the kilims. So smell of old tapestries is everywhere. After my reviews to Expedia, I received few aggressive messages from owner accusing me for my opinion. So I am really feeling bad because of this relocation to this so call "hotel'. I feel like I really need the compensation from Expedia for the mistake made during my first reservation with Dogan hotel and for relocation me in the Hadrian Gate Hotel where I spent two nights in nightmare style.
