My overall experience was good, there were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was uncomfortably hot during the nights. This made it difficult to sleep and made my stay less enjoyable. Another issue I faced was with the housekeeping service. It was really bad and the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations for a 5-star hotel. I had to call several times to get my room cleaned properly, and even then it was not done to my satisfaction. One other thing to note is that there was no imported alcohol available at the hotel. While this may not be a major issue for some people, it was a disappointment for me as I had expected a wider variety of alcohol options at a 5-star hotel. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was beautiful and the other amenities and services provided by the hotel were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.

Kjempebra hotel, god mat og hyggelig personale. Vi føler oss alltid velkomne der. Har vært på dette hotellet i 37 ganger, helt fra det hette Asteria. Drinkene var elendige, slt annet var bra. Harde senger men vi fikk overmadrass og det hjalp.

Trevligt hotell med många pooler
Ett trevligt hotell med flera pooler. Bra service och trevlig personal. Många valbara maträtter med all inclusive. Fin sandstarnd. Ligger inte så långt från Side centrum. Det enda som kanske kan vara lite problematiskt för dem som har svårigheter att gå, är att det är några nivåskillnader med trappor, finns dock hissar. Animation teamet och showerna på kvällarna skulle kunna utvecklas mer.

Hotel trop « industriel «  clientèle à 90 % allemande. Tout est fait pour eux. Réservent des places avec serviettes sur les transats dès 7 h du matin, partent petit-déjeuner et ne reviennent qu’à 10 h. Idem pour le déjeuner. Nourriture très lourde, grasse et qualité moyenne. Alcool bas de gamme. J’ai refusé la chambre en bout de couloir sentant le moisi et donnant sur une route sans vue mer alors que payé chambre avec vue. Hôtel usine pour moi qui suis habituée aux 5 étoiles, je lui en donne max 3

THIS IS NOT A FIVE-STAR HOTEL! We traveled there in August, and we did not book it through an agency, but by ourselves via hotels.com. The price was 2500 EURO!!!! The comments of the previous guests on booking, hotels.com, and Google were very good, so we picked it up. HOWEVER, our stay was fine, but FAR FROM 2500 Euro worth. Good things: 1. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the cleaning ladies were doing a very good job of cleaning it every day. However, sometimes when I had to work in the room, they would come in even though I turned on the 'don't disturb' sign. But overall, they were nice and they did a very good job with cleaning on daily basis. 2. Mini bar and safe are free of charge. 3. The food is good, however NO seafood AT ALL and no berries at all. Other than that, there is a variety of food all day, everything fresh and delicious. 4. The best part about our stay was the quality of the sea.... the sea was so warm and amazingly clean with no fish or any other animals in it. No big waves and the depth was perfect. Very shallow in the beginning and then after 5 meters or so it is a little bit deeper. Sandy beaches. Morning walks and sunsets were absolutely amazing. The only thing we didn't like is that from 11 am to 6 pm the beach is packed with people, which makes the water dirty. There were so many people despite COVID. And no social distancing at all! Not at the beach nor in the hotel. 5. The internet is not bad. Could be better (since it is a 5

Hotel schön gelegen. Strand perfekt. Gepflegt.
Nicht umsonst sind wir zum 15. Mal im selben Hotel abgestiegen. Obwohl uns das Asteria (früherer Name) noch besser gefallen hat, ist die Vergrösserung des Hotels absolut gelungen. Der Kellner Mehmet ist ein Musterbeispiel von Freundlichkeit, Geschwindigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sind einfach richtig richtig gut und zuvorkommend. Als Gast ist man dort einfach bestens aufgehoben und fühlt sich gleich wohl. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen und bin sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Die Vorfreude ist ja bekanntlich die schönste Freude.... Andreas Hottinger

Hôtel proche plage et bien équipé
Bonjour, L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le sens ou il est proche de la plage et à 3km du centre de Sidé (port) En dolmuch (bus) 10 minutes pour 2,5 lira ou alors 8€ (40 lira) en taxi. La station est devant l'hôtel. Après les dolmuchs s'arrêtent lorsqu'on lève le bras. Même prix pour se rendre au marché qui est le lundi et le jeudi. Les prix dans les magasins sont à peu près identique partout. Ne pas hésiter à marchander car c'est une coutume. En général les turques sont corrects. Concernant l'hôtel, il est très bien entretenu. Le personnel parle uniquement le turque, allemand, russe et anglais. Le sercice est correct. Pas mal de choix pour le repas à partir du moment ou on ne mange pas tous les plats le même jour. Les légumes sont très bons. Vous pouvez manger H24 Plusieurs piscines 5 bassins au total. 2 toboggans. 2 salles de fitness corrects L'hôtel est adapté aux handicapés L'hôtel est situé à 1h de l'aéroport. Le personnel est sympa. Devant l'hôtel quelque magasin dont les locations de voiture et scooter et excursion (moins cher qu'à l'hôtel) Les chutes de Manavgat sont à 16 minutes en voiture. Le personnel est agréable, serviable et professionnel. A savoir en avril, l'hôtel est fréquenté par des personnes ayant en moyenne 60 ans et quelque famille. La clientèle est plus jeune à partir de mai jusque août.

Een geweldig hotel waar je in verdwaalt met prachtige kamers, veel liften, zwembaden , restaurants, barretjes, geweldige bediening personeel erg vriendelijk maakt grapjes met je. Leuke animatie . Je kon overal een bedje krijgen bij de zwembaden maar ook op het strand. Ruimte genoeg voor heel veel mensen.
