It’s not too quiet for sleep and rest bc it’s in the center walking distance to everything which is wonderful but is a bit noisy from the street and ppl/drivers! Otherwise it’s 5stars

Beautiful colonial building with multiple courtyards. We got a free upgrade to a suite with our own outdoor sitting area and water feature. Just a very pretty hotel with friendly staff, in a great location.

The property was beautiful and it seemed as though each room was unique. My room had its own private outdoor space with a table and chairs, facing the main courtyard but with a gate for privacy. The restaurant on the property was great as well and we almost wished we had eaten there for more than breakfast! Tortillas were being freshly made right next to the restaurant in the mornings. The only thing that is small for me is that the wifi included with the stay was not strong and not consistent. I mostly used data from my mobile plan and that was fine as I had not planned to do more than check emails and map restaurants. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would stay there again. Staff were so friendly. I speak some Spanish and used it all the time - I think it might have been a bit more difficult if I had no Spanish, but I am sure that the staff would have been willing to work through it. Last thing - I didn't know how to get back into the hotel at night when the door was not open. Just knock! Someone is available by the door all night.

Their restaurant is great, their prices are really good, and thei food is really tasty. The staff all around, restaurant and hotel are really nice, and very helpful. Definitely will be back.

First time visiting Antigua and Hotel Posada de Don Rodrigo was the best location to experience this amazing city! From the staff to the room, everything was exceptionable. Wish I had more time to discover the rest of the property as it is huge and beautiful to wonder around..

The property is well kept in its historic way. Loved the gardens located inside the property. The restaurant has excellent food and the servers provided amazing customer service. Everything was top notch! From Luis the greeter to the cleaning lady. We were extremely happy staying at this place. Location and service are the best!

Located right at the center of town and one block up the street from the “Arch”. Restaurant food is delicious and portions are generous. The grounds are kept beautifully clean with employees doing regular rounds to make sure everything is in order. Requests like a fan or dinner reservations are handled quickly. I do have to say the room had few outlets and in weird places.
