“My ocean view cottage was perfect. I was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning for my 1 week stay. The staff was very attentive to my needs from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I can’t wait to return.”

“Room was beautiful. Would be nice if any of the staff kept change for tips, they all said they didn’t. No ATM on site. Room service one day was cleaning our room while we were out on the back deck, we had left the back door unlocked to come and go to the restroom as needed. When they finished cleaning they (accidentally, assumably) locked us out. We called the front desk asking them to come let us back in. In took over an hour for someone to come unlock our door. Food options during off hours...

“Most of the people were very nice. Hats off to Chesley at the pool bar. Made my vacation wonderful and almost forget about the 25% of the staff who look miserable all day and never smile. Made me miserable just getting a drink from them , some even didn't change their facial expression EVEN after I tipped them directly. Hate to say this but I'm sorry , it's true. Of those 25% staff I didn't appreciate , 24.5% were women. Such miserable faces. I don't need that on vacation. Sorry to say this ,...
