“Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again.”

“Only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pool was closed. Wish that was disclosed prior to booking the room, kids were disappointed. Staff was great. Breakfast staff was the nicest I have experienced in quite a while. Even though the pancake maker wasnt working the staff came to our table and offered to make them for us in the back on the stove. Super great staff at this hotel.”

“I would not recommend this hitel”

“The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. ”

“Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service ”

“Carpet in room had a wet smell. Stale odor in the room.. parking is ample”

“Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....

“This place is disgusting, smelly, and unsanitary. I stayed one of my three nights and left. Tried to get a refund for the two days I did not stay due to the conditions of the room and hotel and they refused to help their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS, AND LIKE DIRTY, SMELLY ROOMS. Front desk was extremely unhelpful, refused to assist me with any help regarding the condition of the place; they did not care at all. Do not waste your money and time and do not believe the reviews...
