The only good thing about this property is the Staff, they were extremely helpful and kind. We were only staying overnight so I just got someplace to lay my head but truthfully, I wanted to run. Will I recommend this place a resonating NO. But the staff I wish were go to another destination because they were awesome.

while looking for something we lost at the hotel, my partner looked somewhere hard to reach under the bed and there were smirnoff bottles, trash, and more under there meaning housekeeping doesn't do a deep and full clean between visitors. other than that everything looked clean. we stayed from aug 28th-sept 5th, and when we asked for house keeping we asked for full service since we'd been there a while (included in the stay) and they took the trash out and towels out, but nothing else, and some of our items were moved (clothes, toiletries) that weren't near what was actually done & taken. parking is great of course, you can park right in front of your hotel room. AC worked great and 95% of staff there were very nice.

First of all, the staff were amazing. They had the kindest, sweetest ladies working at the front desk. They were super helpful and went out of their ways. When we first went into our room it was smelled strongly of dogs and there was dog hair all over the carpets. There was also something running down the front of the mini fridge. I talked to the lady at the front and she changed our room right away. The second room was much better. If this hotel got a deep clean, I would have no issues. However, I think it gets a very brief surface clean. There’s alot of dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. The headboard was a bit dirty and over bed lamps were quite dirty. The showers and toilet look like it’s been a while since they’ve been scrubbed. I took a Clorox wipe to pretty much everything. If this got a deep clean every couple of months, this would be a great spot. Our toilet did overflow and was fixed right away. The location is great. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I’ve stayed at several RRI that have been very clean. This was a last minute book for us and I don’t know that I’d return if it hadn’t had a deep clean.
