“The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂”

“The staff really do try their best to best accommodate you. Rooms were smaller than we thought. Not all the attractions at the waterpark were open which made us feel like we wasted our money there. If you have tiny kids it's okay because the attractions will be open for them, but not for all bigger kids or adults. The main attraction we were there for was the wave pool, and because of staffing issues it was closed both days we were there. Big bummer!”

“Great place! Would definitely go back again. Best park in the country”

“The room could have used more cleaning. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. The towels were not great quality and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bed also has one small thin blanket. The staff was incredibly helpful and did provide us with additional blankets. The location was close to the park and convenient.”

“Clean room friendly staff”

“환풍기 소음이 너무커서 힘들었습니다”

“친절한 직원과 깨끗한 객실이 맘에 들었습니다. 아침을 선택하면 1층 식당에서 드실 수 있습니다. 로케이션도 경기장 앞이어서 농구나 야구 경기를 본다면 최고의 위치입니다.”

“The rooms were clean and the floor didn’t feel like that wet floor feeling. The staff at check in desk was courteous . The bar though even though they are open, the kitchen closes earlier be sure to check kitchen times. The tub and shower in the room were the only things that needed updating.”

“Good 👍”

“Close and convenient for Cedar Point. Pool wasn’t open because it’s October. We had an issue with ants in our room, but the staff responded quickly and were super helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good and the lady was super kind and helpful! Would definitely stay again!”

“This is a beautiful old hotel with so much history. We love it so much. But it is suffering the same fate as many of our favorite Hilton properties, neglect. We paid 250 a night to stay without AC. The desk clerk knew but did not mention at check in. We waited an hour in line to check in and then our keys didn't work. The room was clean but the common areas including tge hallways were not. Little things add up Hilton. We still love the history and atmosphere of this establishment but not at the...

“Great room. Very clean even though it was their last day open for the season .we will definitely stay there in the future.”
