“When we entered our first room, the door appeared to have been pried open at some point, there were very evident stains on the duvet covers, and it appeared as if someone had been lying on the far side bed. Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! “My stay in Wadsworth, Ohio was very nice. The staff and cafeteria workers were so very kind and friendly. I told several people if they have company to have them stay at this hotel! ”

“Very ran down place some outlets didn't work in our room. Wife didn't feel comfortable at all in the area let alone going outside alone. Very shady people staying there along with another person staying there with a child that seemed to be constantly causing a ruckus throughout the day until late night. Walls super thin hard to sleep with hearing someone pounding on floor every night until midnight or later. Pool area wasn't used by us seemed like building for pool was in desperate need of...

“First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting. ”
