"When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk. Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 ..."

"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower ..."
