“Shower door broken Door broken and would not shut Marijuana odor Banging Noise next to our room”

“Room was clean - great - breakfast, very good.”

“Great location and met all expectations for a fair price. Appreciate the service and great breakfast to start the day.”

“The tub was dirty, The light didn't work when you first enter. Not really a good breakfast selection, better to go to IHop across the street. You also have to put a $60 deposit down on top of the payment price. Which is not told. I haven't gotten my $60 deposit back.”

“The airport shuttle is a great service. The happy hour and free refreshments was a great touch. The breakfast was very good. The staff were incredibly nice. I would stay again!”

“Everything was fine!”

“Friendly staff and clean room, overall we were satisfied.”

“Property seemed a tad dingy, scuffs on the walls, shower curtain was damaged. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of hot foods, waffle station, cereals and yogurt, fruit and pastries. My husband thought the coffee was excellent. Very interesting design with the rooms looking down into the lobby/reception area. Cute display of decorated pumpkins”

“Older hotel. Rooms were dated but clean. Best part was hot breakfast. Day one eggs, pancake sticks, sausage, fruits cereal, toast etc. second day same but added biscuit and gravy. The free breakfast is worth at least $6-8 per person. So think about that when booking. Staff super nice.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our key cards not working but we brought it to the staff and they fixed it immediately. We travel to Ohio from Texas and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in a while.”

“The elevator was out of order, the pool was closed and so was the exercise room. They originally gave me a room on the 2nd floor but I have trouble with stairs, they did accommodate me with a ground floor room.”

“One of the better stays that we’ve been at lately… So glad we chose this location for a quick overnighter… So conveniently located just in front of the Hartville market/flea market!”
