“Newer Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. Close to I-77, lots of shopping, markets, restaurants and fast food. Breakfast was continental but has more than the usual selections. Yogurt with various topping, milk/cereal, Oatmeal. hard boiled eggs, individual wrapped muffins. Whole Fruits, and Bagels. Also, a microwave in the lobby store to use. We enjoyed the large parking lot. Comfy beds. AC was strong. Ice machine and water station on first floor. ...

“I was kicked out without explanation. At the frontdesk!!! They said we were oversold! No phone call, nothing. I had to sleep i the car! Expecting full refund!!!”

“Upon arriving the receptionist was very busy so it took us a bit to check in. Once checked in and in our room we immediately began noticing different cleanliness issues, dead bugs on the counters, a film coating on the shower, baseboards and flooring were stained from previous visitors. The fridge was also very dirty with old food stains and puddles from leaking items. Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon...

“The stairwell and hallway smelled disgusting, and there was a smell in the room so I had to blast the air conditioner to help reduce the odor because it was preventing me from falling asleep. The bed made my skin itch, and the chair had a big yellow stain on it so I went to flip the cushion over but u underneath the cushion was so dirty I decided not to sit in the chair. I paid for 2 nights but I left after 1 night because I couldn’t deal with the smell in the room any longer.”
