Staff was above and beyond fantastic. Such a pleasure to check in to a place that employees at the front desk are both friendly courteous and helpful, very much seem to enjoy their jobs. The restaurant was over the top exceptional. On every level, staff, service and food all amazing. We came here for the room and would certainly come back for overall experience of the restaurant.

The suite with a falls view was great for my family, with my teen son loving the privacy afforded by the separate living room and fold out sofa bed. The property is conveniently located for waking around to restaurants and a short drive into Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The staff was very friendly as well.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the National Park. Hotel was very nice. It is currently undergoing a renovation. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved being on the river. We had dinner there one night which was very good. Sunday breakfast buffet was not good. Would definitely stay here again.

Had great service. Staff were frinedly from the Hotel check in desk to the wiatresses and even a maid.

Super comfortable bed. The view of the river is spectacular. This location is walkable to all the stores restaurants and bars in Cuyahoga Falls. Staff is accommodating.

This is an old hotel about to go through renovations. There were a few glitches like the phone in our room didn’t work, and they had no intention of fixing it. Otherwise everything was acceptable. The on site restaurant and view of the waterfalls in the river from our suite were the highlights.
