Overall a nice place but not handy to DT

Comfortable hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but too far from Downtown for my needs. Free parking available and a selection of bars and restaurants within a short drive but really only a couple walkable.

Kyle at the front desk was amazing. The shower wasn’t working well in our original room but he was able to get us into a new room and brought the new room key up to us. He was on top of it and was so friendly. Hotel and room was very clean as well

Very dissatisfied when the TV does not work, room change is the solution, then I'm asked to go down and get the keys. Same request when left with no towells. Staff was generally nice after those requests especially @ breakfast bar. Noisey barn doors for poorly lit bath provided no privacy.
