Crowne plaza is conveniently located to restaurants, theaters, progressive field, and downtown Cleveland. There is a restaurant located downstairs for breakfast and dinner. Valet service was also great!

Nice spot in downtown Cleveland next to a bunch of things to do. Room was clean and what we needed for a few days. Night attendant was rude and didn’t want to help much, sat on her phone while we tried to buzz the front door. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing crazy.

The staff at this property, from the valet parking to the check in to the restaurants were incredibly friendly and helpful! I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland! Wonderful property! The only thing I did not like was the inaccessibility to my vehicle; however, it seems like parking is an issue in any downtown area.
