Beautiful #building and the #cathedral is just across the plaza. Be warned though that if it rains there is no where to go for shelter besides a cafe and you must buy something!
The Grote Markt in Antwerp is a beautiful square. This is the side view of the City Hall (Stadhuis) with the Cathedral Spire behind the buildings. I didn't go in on this visit, but I believe tours are available. The Stadhuis also controls visits to the Cathedral Spire, so book here is you want to go up. This only happen on Wedesdays and I was there on a weekend, so missed out on that too! But perfect weather made for a lovely opportunity to sit in teh square at one of the many restaurants!
