Great price-quality ratio. The building is a little bit dated, but the rooms have lots of space and good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff and close enough to walk to the city center.

You get what you pay for here. Good location just a few blocks from the central station but the room was quite dirty and the oven didn’t work. Some other guests on our floor had a loud fight at 1am and then a small party the next night.

The people cleaning were very sweet and nice. Sadly the apartment was in very poor condition. Mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Around the corner was a pub or something which means it was loud during the evening and night. The area around the apartment seems to be in a notcso nice area. The positive thing was that it was close to the train station and centrum of the city. Would not recommand going there with children.

Could have been much nicer, but Antwerp is great

One flat was ok but hot and noisy and with flying biting things. The other wasn’t clean with the fridge full of someone else’s old food, the smoke detector was missing, as was the oven!!! There was a 2 pan induction hob and only one pan that worked with it! It was also hot and dirty. The lady on reception (staffed for a couple of hours in the middle of the day). Was nice and tried to be helpful, but hadn’t saucepans that worked (or an oven) to offer us, then the lift broke! The vending machine was empty, and there was no way of using the laundry. We couldn’t find it, or a person to tell us or sell us tokens Antwerp however is great and well worth staying in

'sober' is eufemisme voor 'vies rommelhok'. Vloeren, badkamer en keuken waren niet goed schoon, vertonen veel sporen van achterstallig onderhoud, prullenbakje badkamer ontbrak, oven defect, kookplaat met zichtbare schoonmaakresten, keukenkastjes te vies om aan te raken, haarvlokken op vloer, gordijnen sloten niet, 1 bedlampje niet bij stopconcact in buurt, radiator in badkamer valt bijna van de muur, radiatoren sowieso brandgevaarlijk, beloofde parking onbereikbaar, geen concierge aanwezig, pand in deplorabele staat met vieze lift en werkkast zonder deur, gehorig. Voor één nacht 90 euro is te veel, gezien prijs/kwaliteit. Mij zien ze hier niet meer.

Séjour 2 nuits pour 2 personnes

Self check in à l'arrivée. Appartement assez grand pour 2 personnes. Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle. Salle de bain très basique. Litterie passable. Bémol côté emplacement, il y a un bar à l'angle avec des clients très bruyants jusqu'à assez tard (2h du matin). Un des stores était cassé, compliqué de garder l'appartement au frais.

I hjertet af Antwerpen

Rigtig god beliggenhed i hjertet af Antwerpen. Stort fint lyst værelse. Vi boede 3 personer, og sov i enkeltmands senge som var udemærket at sove i. Fint lille køkken med hvad der der høre til. Spiseplads og sofa miljø. Det er lidt slidt men taget i betragtning af prisen er det super fint. Hvis du har bil er der mulighed for at benytte parkeringskælderen. Det koster omkring 100 kr. pr. Nat. Hvilket vi syntes var givet godt ud så bilen ikke står udsat på åben gade. Obs. Sengelinned skal du ikke have med selv og der står noget andet i beskrivelsen.

ホテルとあいては高望みしなければ十分なものです。 まあ、エレベーターが特殊だったり驚きはありますけど。 オーナー？の方も愛想が良く安心です。 ただ、シャワーなど温水は容量が足りないようでだらだら使うと水になってしまうので注意です。 総合的には良いと思います。

Building looks a bit grotty on the outside. Inside is clean. Room spacious. There are things wrong if you want to be picky but overall good. Location excellent too.

This hotel/spartment is very bad. Check-in is only from 4pm. We arrived 30 minutes earlier but we had to wait on the street because the door was looked. The receptionist came late eventhough he was just on the other side of the street. The rooms are dirty. We arrived and saw the bed uncleaned. As if somebody just woke up. We had to change the room. there is no aircondition. It was hot when we were there and could not sleep. They offer cleaning only once a week. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Posizione comoda al centro a piedi. Purtroppo la stanza seppur spaziosa presenta molta trasandatezza e purtroppo poca pulizia. Dalle tende, al letto ( con coprimaterasso poco aderente alla gommapiuma, con lenzuola nn "orlate" (eufemismo) e con qualche piccolo pertugio, al bagno; oltre all'usura di alcuni arredi anche improvvisati, come ad esempio, il banco di appoggio fronte cucina in legno emolto instabile. Molto gentile l'accoglienza. Basterebbe un intervento di manutenziine straordinaria, anche facendo pagare qualche euro in piu', e voilà, sarebbe una location ottimale.

Personal hell

Got to the apartment at ~11pm. Door was locked and no one around. Scary part of town at night especially for a solo, female traveller. Did not receive an email re:instructions how to get in after hours. Called the number, no answer. Had to last minute book a much more expensive hotel. Called hotels.com and was offered no useful feedback or offer of a refund. If you are not able to check into a hotel after certain hours DO NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE on your site to book, if the booking is being made after the hours. Very scary, expensive and awful experience. May never use service again.
