“The Hotel is nice and clean, the wifi works good and the rooms are nice (except the floor was not clean at all). But the huge downgrade is the staff. They are friendly, but you have to ask at least twice for everything. Just a few examples: - we asked three times for an ashtray - we asked three times for some towels - there was an event at the hotel so we were asked what we want for breakfast and on what time, because the restaurant was closed and breakfast was on the balcony. “Walked near the Lake and watched the water birds wading as the sun set. Enjoyed watching the local lady farmer moving her cattle around. The accommodation was lovely...heaps of room, enjoyed the cave shower and the tasty meal for dinner and the breakfast. Staff friendly and willing to show us around.”
