Comfortable stay. This is the first hotel that doesn’t have a 24 hour front desk. There was amenities. I wanted to get another bath towel though.

フロント先の部屋でしたが近くのトイレの臭いが部屋までして悲しい気持ちになりました。 部屋の中の寝具やタオルは清潔感がありましたが、リピートしないと思います。

初めての宿泊です。館内も部屋もきれいで落ち着くことが出来ました。冷房もよく効いてました。青森駅からは多少距離がありますが、繁華街に近いので立地は悪くないと思います。１泊だけでしたが、ゆっくり過ごせました。

深夜に火災報知器がなり、確認中の為部屋で待機させられたが、途中で火災発生との事で外へ避難指示がでた。 そのため外に避難したが結局何もなかったようで部屋に戻ることになった。 そこまではいいが、早朝から長距離運転で帰るのに夜寝られなくなってしまったし、当日も翌朝もスタッフからはなんの説明もなし。 最低限何があったのかの説明義務はあるのではないですか？ 後、朝食の時の男の配膳係みたいな人はぶつかっても一言もなし。 全体的にスタッフの態度は悪いです。
