Couldn’t control AC at all, and it was warm inside for several hours. Towel rack was mounted too high for a person of short stature. Shower head mount was broken, so needed to use overhead, and the control knob for the overhead was difficult to rotate. Room advertised as smoke free, but a light smell of smoke was evident. Howe ever, the owners and staff were very nice people, and that counted a lot."
