"Very friendly staff and very clean. The only drawback we had was that we had booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the indoor pool was under renovation so it was not usable. That would be very very helpful in the ad descriptions when people are booking a hotel. Start communicating better with your hotels about the conditions and availability of amenities."

"I was really hoping that the accommodations would be adequate after checking in- the front desk person was very nice and a good vibe overall. The room definitely needed some tending to. Positives- the bed was comfortable and clean, the room itself was clean. Negatives, the air condition was really loud, even in a low mode, the “clean filter” was flashing and the front panel was hanging off, the mini fridge did not work, one of the wash clothes had a dark stain on it, and worst of all, I spotted a roach in the bathroom. Kind of really gross."
