Absolut Tolles Hotel. Würde es direkt nochmals buchen. Hotelanlage sehr schön, Strand zu Fuss erreichbar (oder Shuttle) absolut sensationell. Buffet, Essen und Service absolut TOP.

Nice calm resort. Some families, but mostly older and more mature people. The waterpark is great for kids. The restaurants are OK, and have good diversity. Beach is a short walk from the hotel, but when the winds are high, it is not possible to swim. Area around the hotel is somewhat sparse. Very nice rooms and facilities!

Der Urlaub war wieder fantastisch, hier passt alles, freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, alles topgepflegt sind die Zimmer, Garten - und Poolanlage. Toll auch der Weg zum Meer, man kann zu Fuß gehen oder gefahren werden, wunderbar. Wir haben sogar unser Wunschzimmer erhalten und durften schon 2 Stunden früher hinein. Wir kommen von Herzen gerne wieder.

Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel, if it was a lower price point. We paid over $1000 a night for a "sea view" suite, but could only see the sea while standing while roof tops blocked most of the view. Buffet breakfast and dinners were very nice with lots of variety. The beach was sandy and very nice, be prepared for a walk or a shuttle to get there. Beachside restaurant was very good for dinner. Spa was a nice set up. Staff was very friendly overall.

Not luxurious hotel

Nice hotel but it should not be called Luxury as the service is not luxury. We asked for one glass of tap water for my son during dinner time and they didn't provide as you have to buy the whole bottle even though I only wanted one glass. We didn't feel to be treated like we r in luxury hotel, gym needs maintenance and also Spa is very simple. Sorry but this is not luxurious hotel.

Overall, the stay was just okay. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and certain areas of the resort were well-maintained: the main reception area, the main pool and aqua park, the spa area, and the gardens. On the minus side, the room was more dilapidated and unclean than one would expect for the price (there was a heavy ring of black mold on the shower head and I had to ask for it to be cleaned, I found random hair throughout the room, the sofa had a broken cushion with the stuffing bursting out of the seams, etc.). The food served for half-board was also just mediocre and lacked flavour. I wouldn't rate this place as a 5-star resort, maybe 4 for the amenities (and 3 for the room).

Struttura cinque stelle ma i servizi erano molto limitati attraverso orari restrittivi ! Ad esempio dopo le 21:30 non si poteva più cenare in nessun ristorante nonostante ce ne fossero più di 5 all’interno del resort! La piscina e gli altri servizi erano usufruibili solo fino alle 18:30 troppo presto per chi viole utilizzare le ultime ore di sole e non esporsi in pieno giorno. Nonostante ci fossero molti italiani all’interno della struttura non era previsto nessuno del personale o reception che la parlasse e nemmeno i fogli 📝 informativi che davano in altre lingue (francese, tedesco etc.) erano scritti in italiano . Per me è di una categoria max di 4 stelle.

Beautiful

The architecture & the interior design is beautiful. The pool area is stunning! The entire property is clean & well maintained. The room comfort & cleanness is superb! During check in I got upgraded to a room with a shared pool, which was truly appreciated. The Beach is beautiful, & its restrooms are clean & maintained, & well looked after during the day. The employees are polite, helpful & friendly. The only thing I regret during my stay, is not paying the roof top bar a visit. What I was not enthusiastic about was that I was told that I couldn’t get a beach towel before 10am. You have to get your beach towel from the SPA, I was there 9:30 on my way to the beach, & they don’t open until 10am. This is unfortunate. Another thing is the gym.At other hotels the gym is located on its own at the property. Not here. I was told in the reception that it was located within the SPA & it was now closed. At 8pm! But they said they could lock me in. At other hotels you can access the gym with your card key. It felt like a hassle. The town Georgiopoulis is located a 30 minute walk from the resort; A walk that led onto a trafficked road, & a forest & garbage area. An area you don’t want to walk after dark. Other Greek islands, & hotels around the world, offer free shuttle buses into town for their guests. So should Anemos. I was so put off by the walk, that next time I walked along the beach. I recommend having a rental car to get around! Great hotel for families, couples & solo travel.

The hotel and especially the staff were amazing. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming, it made the stay fantastic. The hotel Beach is absolutely great and the ocean clean and amazing. The pool area is very nice and the beds are arranged nicely, so that everybody has enough privacy. The buffet was good, sometimes a few dishes were a little bit dull, but the offered a brought selection of international and local food, so you will always find something very good. The fruit selection was very nice and really tasty. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom very nice. We had a nice little terrace. All in all a perfect stay and also a good starting point to visit other beaches if you have a car. The bus to Chania/Rethymno stops in front of the hotel as well.

Hébergement propre grosse déception par rapport au personnel à l'accueil et au "service client" qui nous regarde de haut, l'air très hautaines et PAS DU TOUT accueillante ou bienveillante. Dommage pour un 5 étoiles. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l'aise avec ce personnel et certaines personnes au restaurant. En revanche, heureusement les voituriers et le personnel de chambre étaient vraiment au top ! ils ont essayé de nous comprendre (avec notre anglais parfois approximatif et les femmes de chambres certaines ne parlaient pas anglais mais on arrivait à se comprendre mieux qu'avec le personnel de l'accueil). Petit exemple : nous avions perdu le doudou de notre enfant la veille de notre départ. Nous avons demandé de l'aide à l'accueil, pas de réaction, ils ont vaguement noté le n° de la chambre sur un post it sans même noté le sujet... alors qu'avec les femmes de chambres et voituriers ils se sont démené pour nous aider et nous rapporter ce précieux doudou (qui avait été emporté dans les draps un matin) et doudou lavé repassé merci! pour ce qui est de la restauration : buffet très bien nous avions pris demi pension aucune boisson inclus malheureusement même pas l'eau (3.50 € la bouteille) jus d'orange / cafe / the / chocolat chaud le matin inclus. Nous avions soit disant le droit d'aller à un des autres restaurant 1 fois"gratuitement" mais toujours full donc impossible d'y aller... installation bien mais quel dommage aucune piscine chauffée
