This was a great property for our stay while travelling the great ocean road. It ticks all the boxes with the bonus of a guest laundry free of charge. Will definitely recommend and stay if coming this way again

We had a comfortable stay here. The bed and bathroom facilities were clean and the facilities were of a good standard. The location was excellent with a choice of nice restaurants to choose from.

Friendly and Accommodating
Although we were arriving very late and after the Reception Office was closed, they were able to accommodate our needs. Room was very clean and overall. It was great to have no-charge laundry facilities. Location is great --- short walk to the beach and shore. Restaurants and shops all close by. Friendly, personable on-site manager.

We loved our stay! We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a spa Florine on arrival for our anniversary the greeting was great, shared knowledge of the area and provided us with a map and must see places which we appreciated! It was quite and well maintained and walking distance to all the essentials the Main Street had to offer! We would definitely stay again! 10/10

Lots of space, very clean. In the morning I noticed a window was not completely closed, so what little road noise I heard could probably have been reduced a bit more.

We were only there for one night but it was a great place. The fair was on that night so we walked the town and saw tge sights. The complimentary laundry was an amazing bonus. Thanks so much.

Room not cleaned during stay - dirty glasses not changed, nowhere to wash them other than bathroom sink. Floors unswept. Parking not allocated with result someone parked outside our room when we went out for dinner - meant we couldn’t pack and go easily from our room. Not worth $500 a night.

Great place
Great option for a stay along Great Ocean Road. Not the most fancy hotel, but it is comfortable and super clean. Staff was very nice and the location is great, close to good restaurants and the beach.

Cute hotel, great location (able to walk to everything in town). We only spent one night, but super happy and we would for sure come back for another visit!

I honestly don't know why this place had a 9/10. It wasn't terrible, but it was old, dated and not very comfortable. Hotel staff was fine. The bed was mushy and the sheets were like plastic. 7/10 is much more appropriate.

Good location, convenient to supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Bed comfortable, washroom clean. No bugs. We stayed 1 night on our tour to Great Ocean Road. One suggestion please put a safety grib bar inside and just outside the shower for seniors.

The Comfort Inn is in a nice and central location. Quick walk to restaurants, bara and beaches. Staff were very accommodating with our late check-in and had everything organised before we got there.
