“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

“The accommodation was right on the picturesque harbour front and a 2 minute walk away from the port. We only stayed overnight as we were travelling on to Lefkada the following day but everything was perfect. Nice restful night's sleep after the journey from Yorkshire. The hosts provided excellent communication. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay for a longer stay. Thank you!”

“Doccia senza tenda e bagno sempre allagato con tappeto non cambiato ogni giorno. Cucina praticamente inesistente, niente scolapasta, due pentole, no tovaglia, no asciugapiatti, lavandino minuscolo, fornello elettrico da campeggio funzionante a scatti e tutto arrugginito. Cucina talmente piccola che per attaccare le piastre elettriche bisognava togliere lo scola piatti e metterlo nell’armadio. Wi-Fi funziona male. Armadio praticamente inutilizzabile.”

“Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68.”
