Appalachian Mountains, North America hotel rooms at the Intrawest Corporation

"The restaurant is awful - you’ll want to believe the reviews online. When we got there at 11pm, the hall on our floor was lined with multiple piles of laundry - and my mother who checked in to a different room on the same floor at 4 pm said they’d been there at least since then. There were open bags of garbage lining the hall as well like you’d expect in a back alley somewhere. You can smell how old the carpet is. The whole floor has a noticeable mold smell. The mattresses squeak like they’re 15 years old. You would do well to take some pride in your hotel and keep it much cleaner - and a remodel should definitely be in the works. I’ve never found a Wyndham property that wasn’t disappointing, but took a chance on this one and was let down again. It will absolutely be the last time I ever give Wyndham a chance"

"Breakfast was disappointing have had way better at less expensive hotels! Room was paid for but they added $50 up front charge per night cash/hold for any room charges or damage that you might accrue even if you don’t charge to room!!! That was a surprise we were not prepared for!! Just be aware Was an ok place if we had kids to enjoy pool but other than that I will be staying at a different place next visit"
