“We had another enjoyable stay, friendly staff and clean room. ”

“The first thing I saw when I opened the bathroom was a fat black fly on the toilet. It was an awful first impression and immediately made me question the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. A guest should be able to walk into a bathroom and feel that it is clean and sanitary, but that was not my experience. The fact that this happened before summer made it even more concerning and left me with little confidence in the property’s standards.”
