โEverything was absolutely incredible. The staff was amazing, the hotel is incredible, the room was extremely clean, well taken care of. Itโs nice to travel somewhere, pay a little extra and have my high expectations met. And the SMELL! Whatever the fragrance is that they have pumping through the hotel is wonderful. The in-room bar items are reasonable prices, the CANNED WATER was a 10/10, we loved this place, we will absolutely be staying here from now on when we visit Lexington. โ
โWe arrived at the hotel a couple hours earlier than check in time. The staff at the desk ( Sherman) was so polite and friendly. He had a room available for us which was great after a long drive. The hotel was clean, all the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great visit โ
โWe loved our stay here! The first night we got a lemon of a room-cigarette smoke, strong ammonia smell, ground floor room with people coming and going late in the parking lot, and mould in the bathroom. We told the staff and got a new room on the second floor the next night! No weird smells, no bathroom mould, comfortable bed, lots of coat hangers, quiet, and right beside the staircase! โThe room was clean; the bathroom had no exhaust fan, so the room felt very warm when someone showered; the walking upstairs was loud (not the hotelโs issue, but it made the stay uncomfortable); the pool was ok, but small; gym was nice; front desk staff was very nice; breakfast was good; we stayed for 5 nightsโ
โThe property was clean and uncluttered. Nearby restaurants. Room had comfortable bed and carpet. Bath had tub and shower. Good water pressure. Good drainage in tub. Enough outlets to charge devices. Room had a refrigerator which was helpful and seating for two people. Loved the room darkening blinds. All at a decent price. Overall good value and would recommend. โ
