O cardápio do café da manhã era bastante variado, mas o sabor e a qualidade de alguns alimentos poderia ser melhor, como frutas mais frescas e sucos mais saborosos. Havia preparo de tapioca. Ficamos no quarto 105, categoria double room - de luxe. O espaço do quarto foi muito bom, deu para abrir 2 malas médias tranquilamente, com boa cama e excelente chuveiro, com bom shampoo. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, o que não me agradou, foi a qualidade do Wi-Fi, que muitas vezes não funcionou no meu celular, tive que usar os dados móveis da Claro e os dados móveis de outro celular da Vivo não funcionou no quarto. Um pé da cama estava quebrado, mas a camareira prontamente chamou a manutenção para conserto quando viu o pé quebrado. Ótima iniciativa da camareira. O serviço de praia foi bom, com boas opções no cardápio, ótimo atendimento, embora um pouco caras, mas pratos bem feitos. O que não agradou foram as cadeiras que ficavam de frente para o mar, um pouco desconfortáveis.

Zero preocupação com a experiência dos hóspedes

Tivemos uma experiência péssima nesse hotel. Na nossa última noite a partir das 20 horas era possível ouvir o som altíssimo de uma banda tocando. Quando procuramos saber o som vinha do bar da praia que fica em frente ao hotel e tb é de propriedade do hotel. Não foi possível dormir. Reclamamos na recepção e nada foi feito. O barulho só terminou às 3 da manhã. Reservamos o hotel para descansar e não foi possível. A indignação é que a festa foi realizada com aval e consentimento do hotel que pouco se importou com seus hóspedes. Nunca mais fico nesse hotel.

Mais pontos negativos do que positivos. Colchao ruim (buraco no meio), colocaram 4 pessoas em um quarto para 3 sem aviso previo, porta do box do banheiro emperrando e atendimento media no. Como ponto positivo, na area externa é muito bem cuidada e o café da manhã com algumas opções (mas tem oportunidade de melhorar). Não me hospedaria novamente, deve ter opções melhores na região.

A estadia foi boa. Produtos vendidos na piscina caríssimos . Achei até exploração . Um café expresso 12 reais . Jantamos no restaurante e a comida estáva boa e dentro do preço . Banheiro do quarto precisa urgente uma tampa da patente do tamanho do vaso , pra vc não ficar caindo . No mais foi T bem. O lugar é muito bonito e bem cuidado . O bar da praia bem caro tbem . Acho q desnecessário explorar o turista .
