Comodidade e limpeza. Queria apenas pontuar que o chuveiro não é bom, o mesmo precisa ser mais forte. Vi que além disso boa parte dele estava entupido, o que dificulta mais ainda sair a água. Como já fui cliente de vcs deixo aqui o feedback para que tenha essa melhoria e que seja trocado o chuveiro. Em relação ao resto perfeito. Café da manhã é muito bom e cheio de opções.

O serviço do quarto é bom, mas poderia ser aprimorado. A TV, que é antiga, não possui aplicativos para streaming de filmes, e seria agradável se a piscina ficasse aberta à noite. Mesmo que não fosse para nadar, poderia ser um ótimo local para apreciar a vista e desfrutar de um vinho nas mesas. Apesar dessas sugestões de melhoria, gostei do hotel e achei o pessoal muito simpático.

Tive a primeira experiência no hotel, onde a recepção foi surreal. Grupo da recepção à limpeza, todos bem atenciosos. Único ponto negativo seria o elevador que o ar é bem quente e o ar do nosso quarto quase não gelava, mas no mais, eu e minha namorada, adoramos!

Quarto limpo ,mas muito simples,cama vê casal padrão,sem criado mudo de um lado e uma única tomada escondida atrás do colchão,café da manhã comum ,sem nada de especial,houve vazamento no ar condicionado do quarto (frio insuficiente sem o controle manual funcionar),molhou bastante o quarto,tivemos que mudar para outro quarto com o mesmo ar frio insulficiente! Pelo menos a equipe de funcionários era legal!
