A nice hotel for a quick stay in Aracaju. Clean and comfortable. Staff members are kind and helpful. I speak some Portuguese, so communication was not a problem. They helped me to organise a trip to a nearby town of Sao Christovao, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Thanks a lot.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Brazil. The hotel structure, location and services are great. The best of best? The staff. Everyone there was cordial and friendly. Extra points to Sr Antonio Maia, Omar, Mirella and Miseias. Anitta from the breakfast service was outstanding. She was dedicated to offer the best service and went extra communicating with my husband ( an English speaker) . They are well informed about what’s going one in town. During the Sao Joao festivities, they have decorations and live music. Love their breakfast. Plenty of options. You can also order typical dishes like cuscuz and tapioca. WONDERFUL HOTEL!

I totally recommend the Vidam. The most amazing point was the hospitality of the staff that worked at the hotel. Paulo, Anitta and Antônio were amazing. They went above and beyond. The outdoor spaces and amenities were great. The only two cons in my opinion were the jacuzzi (not on during the cold days) and the bedroom decor.

O staff é muito gentil. Senti falta de uma cafeteira Nespresso no quarto. Como sugestão deveriam colocá-la e cobrar as cápsulas!
