Wonderful staff. Poor air conditioning. Had to have room change but 2nd room's ac just as bad. Good breakfast. Good pool area. Average restaurant. We will stay here again but hope there improvements

It was a nice hotel. The room was nice, AC was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, the shower was very nice, maybe even great for couples. Had a balcony, small but nice. Also was nice the gentleman I talked to at the front desk in spoke good English and wasn't hard to understand. I feel like it was a 4 stars before COVID and has lost a little of that since then.. but I'd be willing to stay again. Next time with an ocean view room.

Stark renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel – leider enttäuschend Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer und Möbel wirken alt und abgewohnt, die Badezimmer ungepflegt. Hinzu kommen ein unangenehmer, modriger Geruch und eine so hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, dass unsere Kleidung bereits nach einem Tag feucht und klamm war. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen, lauten Straße, die es von der Strandpromenade trennt. Die Überquerung ist mangels Ampeln gefährlich. Die Fenster sind kaum schallisoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm auch nachts deutlich zu hören ist. Zusätzlich befindet sich gegenüber ein großer, nachts gut besuchter Spielplatz, dessen grelle Scheinwerfer bis etwa 1–2 Uhr nachts für störende Helligkeit sorgen. An erholsamen Schlaf ist kaum zu denken. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings ebenfalls verbesserungsbedürftig, insbesondere hinsichtlich Auswahl und Qualität. Fazit: Das Hotel versprüht den Charme der 1980er-Jahre – leider ohne nostalgischen Reiz. Trotz des hilfsbereiten Personals insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung und für Erholungssuchende nicht zu empfehlen.

Alguns funcionários foram extremamente receptivos e educados, mas alguns durante o café da manhã não eram receptivos. A Dona Marcia da limpeza muito alegre e receptiva e a Lavina tambem, mas a equipe do café da manhã precisa receber treinamento! O hotel ainda precisa de melhorias, um fechamento acustico nas janelas que dão para o SESC seria necessário, os quartos para este lado são barulhentos devido a um gerador do SESC em epoca de festas da para ouvir musica! Um outro ponto importante que para Época de Julho seria interessante ter a pisicina climatizada, ela e muito fria, mesmo com temperatura de 28graus

Tive uma experiência excelente no Celi Hotel Aracaju. Tudo foi impecável durante a estadia, mas o grande destaque com certeza vai para a equipe de funcionários, que é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, e para a área da piscina, que é maravilhosa e ótima para relaxar. O hotel entrega tudo o que promete com muita qualidade. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos!
