The room was a bit too dark, the shower was great, but the toilet kept running and was a bit smelly . During the night we had a cricket in our room. Never knew they can make a terrible noise. The bed was pretty hard. I didn’t mind that much, but it was too hard for my wife. The restaurant was very good, with nice staff. The pool is a bit outdated. Finally, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Total impression was fair, but not for a second visit.

Gostaria de agradecer a toda a equipe do Hotel Villaggio Tudo Bom pela excelente estadia. Fomos muito bem recebidos desde a chegada. O hotel é fantástico, com quartos amplos, cama confortável e uma banheira de hidromassagem perfeita para relaxar — ideal para casais. O café da manhã é um grande destaque, com buffet variado e de alta qualidade. Tudo muito saboroso, especialmente a cocada, as empadas e os mini croissants. O restaurante do hotel também merece elogios. Tivemos ótimas experiências no almoço e jantar, com pratos deliciosos (massas, risotos, carnes e pizzas). Parabéns ao chef e aos garçons Rodrigo e Silverio pelo excelente atendimento. Com certeza voltaremos! Obrigado pelo carinho e pelos mimos durante a estadia.

Nao recomendo para familias.

Não recomendo. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Um dos garçons foi bastante rude e não atendeu nosso pedido. Quando reclamamos, ele justificou a situação mencionando a lotação do restaurante, que é aberto ao público em geral. No primeiro dia, pedi uma pizza às 19h, mas ela só foi entregue após as 22h. Além disso, o garçom solicitou um pagamento extra, alegando que não recebia pelo serviço. Experiência extremamente insatisfatória.

Muito organizado. Amamos os dias que ficamos. Deixo aqui minha diga de restaurante, o do hotel e incrível, comemos um polvo, brusquetas e uma massa que simplesmente nos impressionou com a qualidade. Atendimento excepcional ! Vamos voltar com certeza!
