Kabbah view was real and amazing, but my recommendation try floors 20+. My 14 was partial view!

No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep.
