LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out, I have yet to meet as many people who care about your comfort and stay like they did at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at a relatively early hour, checked in and left our luggage in the hotel. After a day of sightseeing in the area we returned to the hotel. The receptionist took us to the room and only after they entered the room did she say, "We gave you an upgrade." We are left speachless, a stunning suite, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a huge balcony with sunbeds overlooking the wonderful view of Lake Lugano. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here were absolutely above and beyond. They were so kind and understanding id stay here again and highly recommend then hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also extremely Clean and very close walk to lots of amazing things.

Great Views, food and drink. Friendly staff, across from train station so very easy access. Walk along the lake to many nice areas. Scenery is fantastic

I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony!

Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.

We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends.
